For computer problems, we offer a refundable "deposit" that covers the cost of travel. This deposit includes a diagnostic on your computer to let you know exactly what the problem is. If you decide to have your computer fixed, 50% of the deposit is refunded and the service is performed. Whichever route you decide to choose, we assure that you will be satisfied with the end result.
